Drain well and place a heaping spoonful of Bumpercrop Beer Cabbage on your favourite burger, hot dog, or sausage.
Cut and saute an apple, an onion and some celery. Pour in Beer Cabbage and some of the liquid. Boil and reduce. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over roasted chicken or duck with garlic mashed potatoes and a glass of Kacaba Vineyards Pinot.
